Airtex Medical Plaza is a 30,000-SF medical facility, offering medical offices and clinics and most recently completing a dentist’s office inside. This state of-the-art facility sits on 2-acres of land and offers an x-ray room, examination rooms, physical therapy facilities, triage, office space, and a senior clinic. The scope of work included: MEP, medical gas, equipment coordination, flooring, ceiling, drywall, painting and extensive millwork. The Horizon team worked with the client to find value-engineering opportunities—saving them substantial money.
